Work at time-sharing
The employment at time-sharing consists in for an employee working for several companies by having only one Work contract with a structure third. This mode of recruitment consists in for a company engaging a part-time employee placed at the disposal by Groupements of employers.
When the employee directly manages his work contracts with several different employers one speaks then about Compétences time-sharing.
Origin of the need
Certain companies (mainly SME) have great requirements in term for competences but not sufficiently to require full-times. By the time-sharing, they can offer these competences, thus reinforcing their structure and accelerating their development.
Regulation
The Law n° 85-772 of July 25th, 1985 creates the possibility, for several employers entering or adopting the same field of application of an collective agreement, to gather:

within the framework of an association Law 1901,
- or in the form of cooperative society within the meaning of the Law n° 47-1775 of the bearing September 10th, 1947 statute of the co-operation and the Law n° 83-657 of July 20th, 1983 relating to the development of certain activities of social economy.

Operating process
The companies sign a contract with the Groupement of employers to have an employee for a working time weekly (or monthly magazine or annual) given. The company pays only one monthly invoice with the Groupement of employers which corresponds to the compensation of employees (calculated by GE).
The structure of management of the Groupement of employers manages all the related aspects with the work contract (recruitment, wages, vacation, sick leave, employer costs etc…).

The interest for the Salarié is to be in Permanent contract with the structure of management of the Groupement of employers.
