Work analyzes

It is about a methodological step used in Ergonomie, Organization, human resources and production control, in engineering of formation.

This step aims at collecting essential data before the realization of an intervention, a formation or a recruitment.

Generally, one distinguishes two levels in the analysis from work:

  • analysis of the task (and/or of the activities constitutive of employment);

  • analysis of the operational conduits of the person, which make it possible to appreciate the registers of operation used (the competences implemented - or required - for the realization of an activity).
