A woreda ( woréda , wéréda , wereda ) is an administrative subdivision of the Ethiopia equivalent to a district. The woredas consist of several Kébélé S thus forming a regional zone ethno-linguistics, or Kilil. Some worédas does not belong to any Kilil and names Worédas Spéciaux.

The majority of the worédas are of recent creation, but some have more remote origins, tonic, in particular, with their annexation with the Ethiopian crown.
