Worcestershire sauce

Worcestershire Sauce is a Condiment of English origin, with prickly savor. It is prepared primarily starting from Mélasse, of and , , , beef extracts Anchois shallot garlic various spices. It was produced at the origin with Worcester in England.

It is used in the preparation of the Steak tartare and in the seasoning of the tomato juice.
