Wood of Judas
The wood of Judas ( Cossinia pinnata ) is a Arbuste endemic Sapindaceae of the Mascareignes, in the Indian Ocean.
Description
It presents beautiful sheets of a shining green-yellow.
Distribution
The wood of Judas pushes on the three principal islands of the archipelago. One finds it in the forests dry basic altitude, but not inevitably littoral. With the Meeting, one counts some for example in the bed of the gullies of the Territoire of the West coast relatively high inside the grounds.The wood of Judas is however in the process of disappearance.
