History

In 1927 the " commune; Bois" becomes " Wood-Beach-in-D ".

Wood-Beach-in-D is currently the regrouping of three hamlets which by the population growth of the 20th century amalgamated: Wood Beach, Rouland, and Morinand.

Administration

(1) On May 20th, 1888 is re-elected, but refuses the station.

(2) On May 14th is elected, but resigns on August 17th, 1900.

(3) Re-elected in 1925.

(4) No information in town hall for the period of 1925 to 1947

Personalities related to the commune

City council man and mayor during 22 years. Collector and creator of a museum in his house, with its death, its collections were repurchased by Ernest Cognacq to form the funds of the collections of the Museum Ernest Cognacq of Saint-Martin-of-D.
