Wodaabe (people)
Each year, at the end of the rain season, with the doors of the desert close to Agadez, the nomads Peul Wodaabe or Bororo gather the time of an extraordinary event which celebrates the beauty.
The men are given some to heart joy at the time of these meeting again. Young people will seek woman and will have to compete of grace, elegance and sophistication. To the complexity of the make-up, to the immaculate smiles will be added throbbing dances formant of long lines where the men sing while raising towards the sky of the sounds increasingly major. The dances are prolonged during days and nights…
