With the Marine At Tarawa
First documentary film of war in 18 minutes Technicolor, published by Warner and distributed by Universal picture in 1944. The film shows all the course of the battle, amphibious attack, for the catch of the atoll of Tarawa with Betio located exactly in the Gilbert islands held then by Japanese, from November 20th to 23rd 1943. This film was to realize to imply the American citizens in the effort of war.
