Synopsis

48 hours in the life of a Ambulance man. In spite of its efforts to keep people in life, Frank sees the phantoms of those which it did not succeed in saving. It very tried to be made return, but does not manage to leave the work of itself.

Martin Scorsese in “his” New York, dark and desperate, full with the poor and excluded, urban violence and dangerous streets. Drawn from a book of Joe Connelly, the film presents three nights of a male nurse in the middle of a night fauna of excluded, victims, the insane ones, alcoholics and criminals…
