Wished Lamalle
Desired Lamallle born with Liege on November 3rd, 1915, deceased with Mount-Godinne on August 13rd, 1996, is a Belgian man poloitic and Walloon militant.
Burgomaster of Bleid (1955-1961), it was also députré of Neufchâteau - Virton of 1949 to 1961 year when it was ddésigné commer Gouverneur of the Province of Luxembourg (1961-1965). Having fears that the Flanders does not go towards the federalism following the violent Walloon reactions against Léopold III it is in the search of a more moderated solution and proposes a reinforced autonomy of the Provinces which would be represented with parity in a transformed Senate, a parity which interests in particular the least populated provinces as that it will direct. It is this soluition which it will defend in front of the Center Harmel. Then the idea of provincial federalism, while grading members until today will not be defended any more by political movements of a poiuds vraimen T significant. This type of soliution aqux problems belmges had been already defended before 1914 by more radical Walloon personalities like Paul Pastur.
