Wire of Teuhpu

The Fils of Teuhpu are a Fanfare Ska originating in Paris. Their music approaches, in addition to the base ska, of the Jazz, the Dub or of the Punk and the Gypsy music.

At the beginning, the beater, the banjoïste and the contrebassinist of the group turned with MC Relou, when at the time of an ox with Korn er bridge (Brittany) with Tarace Boulba, they decided to carry out a musical chair. This play, modified for the occasion, license to select the best musicians present.

Three of them gained a place in the group to be born: a Saxophone baritone, a trumpet and a Trombone. Of this idea east creates for itself Wire of Teuhpu, which turns as well in big rooms as in small bars.

In 2006, they put in music the Short film One Week of Buster Keaton which they play into live during projection.
