The district includes/understands North End of the town of Winnipeg between the river Rouge and the north-western angle of the municipal limits.
The districts bordering are Selkirk-Interlake, Kildonan-St. Paul, Elmwood-Transcona and Winnipeg-Center.
It has a population of 79.332 including 54.167 voters on a surface of 35 km ².
The current deputy is the néo-democrat Judy Wasylycia-LEIS.
