A wine resulting from biological vine growing is a wine produced starting from grape resulting from the biological vine growing. These wines are guaranteed by a certification delivered by organizations, such Écocert or Demeter in France, represented by the logo AB.
To obtain this label, the vines must be led according to a precise schedule of conditions: prohibition of the chemical weed control and the use of pesticide of synthesis.
