Wine of ice

The wine of ice is a Vin made Raisin S cold with a strong sugar concentration. The goal being to concentrate to the maximum sugar and acidity inside the grapes.

The noblest grape is without question the Riesling, but one also finds chardonnay, frank Cabernet, and vidal (especially with the Canada).

They are often very expensive, (250 euros for a bottle). Quebec also has a good reputation in this field. In Canada, one finds some cheapest, in Colombia-British and Ontario, very close to the lakes on the commune of Niagara-one-tea-Lake. To stress that there exists also Cidre of ice to the Quebec. The wines of ice are extraordinary of richness, and aromatic persistence. Concentrates, and equipped with a Acidity out of the commun run, they cross time.
