Windsor is a city of the Quebec, located in the regional Municipalité of county of the Valley-Saint-François, in the administrative area of the Estrie.

Windsor has the productive factory of pastes and paper Domtar. In 2006, its population rose with 5483 inhabitants. In June, a festival proceeds there, the festival of paper. December 29th, 1999, the small surrounding municipality of Saint-Gregoire-with-Greenlay was amalgamated in Windsor, within the framework of a local initiative.
