Windows core

The cores on the current versions of Windows are:

• Core Windows NT for Vista, Windows 2003, XP… etc
• Core of Windows CE: NK.exe to see

The most modern core and protected of Microsoft is that of Singularity, but it has only one theoretical interest.

For the old versions of Windows (Millennium, Windows 98, 95 and their predecessors), there are quarrels of experts to determine if the definition of Noyau of operating system applies or not to these operating systems.
