Lambert Wilson , born the August 5th 1958 with Neuilly-sur-Seine, Hauts-de-Seine, Île-de-France is an actor of Cinéma and Théâtre French. He is the son of the actor, director Georges Wilson. '' Officier of Arts and Letters '' since 2007
Biography
It follows from 1974 to 1978 a formation of dramatic art to the Center Drama of London, where it learns the trade from actor but also the song and the music.It begins in 1977 in Julia , under the direction of Fred Zinnemann which offers a first great role later to him five years in Five days this spring , vis-a-vis Sean Connery. It begins its French career in 1982 with It Bang 2 from Claude Pinoteau, then in 1984 with the public Woman of Andrzej Zulawski and Rendez-vous of Andre Techine. It explodes in 1987 with the film Chouans! and connects the following year with Had the . But two quite specific feature-length films enable him to be essential on the eyes of criticisms and the general public: Vouivre (1988) adapted and realized by his/her father Georges Wilson and especially Winter 54 (1989), where it lends his features to the Abbé Pierre. For this performance greeted by the profession, it receives the Prix Jean Gabin rewarding the hopes for the Cinéma French.

In 2006, he plays in science fiction film Dante 01 of Marc Caro.
Its theatrical career is also very rich. Ashes of Harold Pinter in 1998, Love of the Love , the Explosive device , Célestine , Eurydice , Ruy Blas . It was put in scene in the Whims of Marianne in 1994 and in Bérénice , with Kristin Scott Thomas, in 2002.
He is also singer and recorded some discs ( Musicals in 1989 and Démons and wonders in 1997).
He also turned for television in the telefilm of Nadine Trintignant, Colette .
He also took part in a publicity campaign with the radio in favor of the Fondation Abbé Pierre.
Lambert Wilson was high with the row of Officier of Arts and Lettres by the Minister for the Culture Renaud Donnedieu de Vabres on February 7th, 2007.
October 15th, 2007, it will leave a new album entitled " Far " , in a register completely different from its preceding interpretations of which one of the texts was written by our interpreter. The type-setter is Jean-Philippe Bernaux but includes for it also two compositions of Jean-Jacques Sage also producing of the artist and one of Christophe Mali (Tryo). The authors who worked on this project are Boris Bergman, Marc Esteve, Thierry Illouz and Marie Nimier.
