Willy nicky telegrams

During the First World War, the Tsar Nicolas II and Guillaume II used the respective pseudonyms of Nicky and Willy in order to communicate by Télégramme S. They telegraphed in English their orders, ideas and news, in connection with the war in particular.

This communication began on July 29th, 1914 at 1 o'clock in the morning.
