Willy Voet is the former Belgian welfare man of the teams cyclists Flandria, RMO, and Festina.

Biography

It is implied in the Affaire Feasted in 1998 following which it is condemned in December 2000 to 10 months of prison with Sursis and 30  000 francs of fine.
