William Shirley
William Shirley (December 2nd 1694 – March 24th 1771) was the Gouverneur English Massachusetts between 1741 and 1759. It was born in Preston Manor in the Sussex, of William and Elizabeth Godman Shirley; it made its studies with Cambridge and studied the right to London before leaving for Boston in 1731.
