William Pulteney Pulteney

Sir William Pulteney Pulteney (born in 1861 - deceased the November 14th 1941). British soldier.

General during the First World War. It ordered IIIe Corps. One of its ordinances would have declared that it was " the general more the ignoramus whom it could been useful during the guerre".
