William Atchison O' Neill or William O' Neill (it August 11th 1930 with dead Hartford, the United States and the November 24th 2007), is a American Politician of Irish origin of the 20th century, which was Gouverneur Connecticut of 1980 with 1991.

Biography

August 1st William O' Neill is elected vice-governor of the Connecticut in 1978, on a democratic “ticket” with the governor Ella Grasso. When this last resigns for health reasons in December 1980, O' Neill became the 69e governor of this State of New England, in the North-East of the the United States. He is elected for a complete mandate in 1982 and is re-elected in 1986.

He dies at the 77 years age the November 24th 2007.
