William Mason
William Mason (1725-1797) is a Poète, editor and a gardener English.
It is born in Hull and studies with St John' S College, with Cambridge. It is ordered in 1754 and holds a certain number of stations in the Église Anglican.
Among its work, none is more highly considered today that its historical tragedies Elfrida (1752) and Caractacus (1759) and a long poem on the gardening, the English Garden (three volumes, 1772-82). It publishes the Poèmes Thomas Gray, a friend who had a great influence on his own work, in 1774.
