William Joseph Donovan

The Major General William Joseph Donovan (January 1st 1883 - February 8th 1959) was a soldier, lawyer and directing Office off Strategic Services during the Second world war.

Donovan was born with Buffalo (New York) and studied with the St Joseph' S Collegiate Institute and with the the Niagara University before becoming a star of the American football team of the Université Columbia. It belonged to fraternity coed Phi Kappa Psi. It obtained its diploma in 1905. It took part in the First World War while directing a battalion of the American army.
