William Irvine (November 3rd 1741July 29th 1804) was a Irlando - American, Médecin, soldier and statesman of Carlisle (Pennsylvania). It served like Sergeant-general in the continental Armée and represented the Pennsylvania within the continental Congrès (1787– 88) then with the Room of the representatives of the United States (17931795).

Irvine had been born close to Enniskillen, Comté of Fermanagh in Ireland. It rests with Gloria Dei Church cemetery with Philadelphia (Pennsylvania).
