William D. Nordhaus

William D. Nordhaus is an economist states-unien of the school of the public choices. It was born the May 31st 1941 with the the United States with Albuquerque (New Mexico). He is professor of economy to the Université Yale.

In France, it is particularly known for its theory of the politico-economic Cycles, which advances that controlling them the public expenditure increases and starts again the economy before the electoral deadlines in order to be re-elected, but with the contempt of the respect of macro-economic balances.
