Biography
Of 1995 with 2000, he is general secretary of the International federation of the human rights.In 2000, it writes and makes publish the Essai “ the International penal court - the Statut of Rome ” or it explains and critical article by article the mysteries of this institution to create the July 17th 1998 by the United Nations (UNO).
