Willemstad (literally in Dutch town of Guillaume ) is the territorial capital of the Dutch West Indies but also more the big city having for official language the Dutch of North America. Located in the island of Curaçao, it counts a population of roughly 100.000 people. The city counts two principal districts: Punda and Otrobanda. Punda was founded in 1634, when the Dutchmen took the island with the Spain. The original name of Punda was of punt in Dutch.
