Will Carling , William Carling , born the December 12th 1965 with Bradford, is a player of Rugby English, evolving/moving at the station of center three-quarter.

Younger captain of the team of England at the 22 years age. Under its direction, English will gain two Grand Slam of continuation in the tournament of the 5 nations in 1991, 1992 then a new Large Slam 1995.

He will be also captain of the team of England finalist of the world cup of Rugby 1991 against the Wallabies with Twickenham. This defeat is particular: English, which one reproaches a play of gains ground very little filling with enthusiasm under the Carling era changes his play for the final and practical the offensive, but without success. This change of strategy will be often reproached to him.

In spite of this filling with enthusiasm play little, it will have contributed to the revival of the English Rugby which becomes again a major nation of Rugby.
