White vault (Karnak)
The white Chapelle of Sésostris {{Ier}} is one of the oldest monuments of the temple of Amon to Karnak. It is out of white limestone, finely engraved complete listing of the name Egypt. It was discovered completion dismounted. It has a square plan with sixteen pillars. This vault was undoubtedly a resting place at the time of the procession of the Fête Sed.
