White pudding

The white roll is the culinary speciality of Rethel in the the Ardennes (08) and of Essay in the Orne (61). It is about a chopped meat prepared speciality, of milk and seasoned bread crumb. It is possible to add mushrooms to the basic preparation, in particular of the Cèpe S or Morille S
