the white half-moon or bombyx druid is a Lépidoptère pertaining to Notodontidae.

  • Distribution: Europe except in Scandinavia and Great Britain.

  • Scale of the male: 15 to 18 Misters
  • Period of flight: from March to August in one or two generations.
  • Habitat: forests of oaks.
  • Plant-hosts: Quercus
