White Mel

Melvin Jerome Blanc , more known under the name of White Mel (May 30th 1908 with San Francisco - July 10th 1989 with Los Angeles) is an American actor of the 20th century specialized in doubling. He worked for many studios of animation, whose mainly Warner Brothers and Hanna-Will bore.

He interpreted all the original voices of the characters created by Tex Avery and other realizers of Warner (Porky Pig, Daffy Duck, Bugs Bunny, Yosemite Sam…).

He was freemason (Mid Day Lodge No.188).
