White Marrube

Marrubium Vulgare (Marrube white or Marrube Common) is a herbaceous Plante of the family of the Lamiaceae originating in Europe, North Africa and Asia, which one especially finds on the edges of ways, dry meadows and the waste grounds, its thyme odor distinguishing it from the other plants.

It is a perennial plant of color grisonnante resembling slightly the Menthe, and which can reach 25 to 45 cm height. Its Feuille S fluffy has a length from 2 to 5 cm and a ruffled aspect. The Fleur S are white and like much of other Lamiacées, the marrube has a grief stem.

The white marrube was traditionally employed in the manufacture of the remedies of cough.
