Synopsis

At the time of the damping of the fleet in the wearing of San Francisco, Bake (Fred Astaire), one of the sailors, former dancer, re-examines his ex-partner in a club of the city. Sherry (Ginger Rogers) and him is reminded the good old day by gaining a contest of dance, then Bake becomes acquainted with Connie (Harriet Hilliard), the sister of Sherry . The fleet installs again and returns to San Francisco only six months later, finally giving the opportunity to Bake to join again with its old trade near Connie and Sherry .
