A wheel of inertia is a moving, circular mass or not, pulled by a driving force in a rotary movement, which continues its movement by Inertie after stop of its system of drive. The wheel of inertia is opposed to the launching and the brutal stop of a rotary movement and regularizes a movement mû by impulses.

Examples: the Circular saw; the wheels of a Band saw which turn a long time after the shutdown; the Spinning top of our children; the Boomerang which, after propulsion, continues its race and returns towards its point of launching, race which resembles a convolution extremely.

Inertia is an opposite reaction resulting from the acceleration or the deceleration of a movement in a terrestrial reference frame.
