Werner Herzog
The to panir or paneer is a traditional cheese Indian. Manufactured starting from cow's milk, it has a taste close to the Mozzarella and a texture similar to that of the Tōfu (white paste resulting from the curdling of the milk of Soja). The equivalent nearest is the serac.
