Wen Jiabao
Wen Jiabao (Chinese 温家宝; traditional Chinese: 溫家寶; Pinyin: Wēn Jiābǎo) is a politician Chinese born in September 1942 with Tianjin. It is graduate faculty of the structural Géologie of the Institute of geology of Beijing. Member of the Chinese Communist party (PCC) since 1965, it is elected member of the Standing Committee of the political office to the course 16th Congress of the PCC in 2002 and Prime Minister with the 10th National People's Assembly in March 2003.
Origins
Native of Tianjin, Wen Jiabao went to the college of Nankai which was attended by the former Prime Minister Zhou Enlai. He joined the Chinese Communist party (PCC) in April 1965 and started to work in 1967.

|}- 1968-1979 : member of a geomechanical team of prospection in the province of the Gansu in China of the North-West.
- 1979-1982: assistant chief of section and executive vice president of the geological office of the province of Gansu.
- 1982-1983: director of the office of research on the policy and the law concerned with the ministry for Geology and of the mining Resources and member of the leadership team of the Party.
- 1983-1985: vice-minister of Geology and the mining Resources.
- 1985-1987: assistant editor and Director of the head office of the DC (Central committee) of the PCC (Chinese Communist party).
- 1987-1992: temporary member of the Secretariat of the DC of the PCC and Director of the Head office of the DC of the PCC.
- 1992-1993: temporary member of the Political office of the DC of the PCC, member of the Secretariat of the DC of the PCC and Director of the Head office of the DC of the PCC.
- 1993-1997: temporary member of the Political office of the DC of the PCC and member of the General secretary of the central committee of the PCC.
- 1997-1998: member of the Political office of the DC of the PCC and member of the Secretariat of the DC of the PCC.
- 1998-2002: member of the Standing Committee of the political office of the PCC, member of the General secretary of the central committee of the PCC and Deputy Prime Minister for the the Council of the businesses of State.
He is currently member of the Standing Committee of the political office of the DC of the PCC and Prime Minister of the Conseil of the Businesses of State.
Positions
Wen Jiabao is rather regards as a reformist in China. It has in particular makes in February 2007 a speech on the democracy in China. It explains there why the democracy is a universal value not Western but. The democratic time of China did not come yet for him because the economic prosperity and the level of education are not sufficient, but this democratization will be carried out gradually with reform according to him.
