Weaving loom

A weaving loom is a machine used in the Textile industry to weave the fabrics.

If mechanical progress made it possible to modernize the means of production, the way of proceeding remainder the same one: two series of wire Perpendiculaire S are woven between them.

History

The first known fabrics date from the end of the Neolithic , they were found in Turkey and Palestine.

The weaving loom most rudimentary consists of a framework of Bois: a series of wire ( the chain ) is tended between two wood sticks sunk into the earth. With a pole, a Warp thread on two is drawn in order to create an empty space ( crowd ) where another wire ( the screen ) passes perpendicular to wire of chain then the tablecloths of the chain are reversed to create another crowd where passes by again the Fil of screen.
