We all are of the assassins is a Franco-Italian film of André Cayatte, left in 1952

Synopsis

During the Second world war, Rene Guen is recruited in French Resistance. It is then conditioned to kill the enemy. But when the war is finished, it continues to apply what one taught him: it is stopped and condemned to death. Awaiting in its cell the exact date of its execution, he always hopes that the President will grant the grace to him. Its lawyer tries to show that the murders of Guen have as a source a serious gap, societies' problems.

This film is a length and violent one indictment against the Capital punishment which, in 1952, was defended by the majority of the French.
