Wayne Barnes

Wayne Barnes , born the April 20th 1979 in the Gloucestershire, is a international referee English of Rugby to XV.

Career of referee

Barnes begins Rugby as a player at the seven years age, but following a wound, it gives up its station in Second line to devote itself to the arbitration, as of the 15 years age.
