Water of Soda
One calls water of Soda of ordinary water charged with Dioxide carbon under strong pressure. It is prepared using a special bottle, generally metal, provided with a valve which makes it possible to pour water thanks to the interior pressure. The use is the same one as that of aerated waters such as Perrier.
