Wasted

The wasted (in Spanish: wasted means " pulp, pulp, purée") typical is a Spanish dish, which was prepared by the modest hearths strong in the areas Andalouse and Castilian (Castille it Manche), to seek a food rich in Protéine S necessary for the completion of the hard work of the Champs by the household heads. Called “dish of poor” or “chokes Christian”, this met prepared containing Lait and of Farine, can possibly be scented with the Miel, the Vanille or with a Zeste of orange (important production in Andalusia).

This dish can be consumed without any seasoning (natural and dry) like principal dish, called dish of the fields in the beginning (plato campo…), or as serves scented spice S and of caster sugar.
