    • When Caïus Gracchus presented its candidature for a new mandate of Tribun of the plebs, the Roman Sénat operated to propose its own candidate, Livius Drusus, which arised with a program of higher bids, conceived with an only aim of being more populist than than had been able to propose Gracchus.
    • Caius Sempronius Gracchus and Fulvius revolted and was killed with 3000 their partisans during a battle on the Aventin against the troops of the consul Opimius.
