War memorial of the town of Bitche
The War memorial the is located in the common of Bitche and the French Département of the the Moselle.
History
In Calcareous, it is high in front of the Town hall in 1967 by Bonnand, sculptor with Metz and inaugurated the November 11th 1967. Dedicated to the victims of the wars of 1870, 1914-1918 and 1939-1945, it represents the armorial bearings of the city as well as profane allegories.
The monument is registered with the topographic Inventory of the Lorraine area.
