Wanze (in Walloon Wanze ) is a common French-speaking of Belgium located in Walloon region in the Province of Liege.

It is located in the valley of the Meuse, near Huy. The commune counted at July 1st 2004 12.532 inhabitants (6 078 men and 6.454 women) for a surface of 44,33 km ².
