Wambez

Wambez is a common French, located in the department of the Oise and the area Picardy.

Geography

Wambez is located in the Pays of Bray at 4 km of Songeons, to 12 km of Gournay-in-Bray and Marseilles-in-Beauvaisis, with 22 km of Beauvais and with 34 km of Gisors.
La common of Wambez is crossed by the brook of Wambez and broadside by the brook of Bellefontaine which takes then the name of Tahier. There are four wood: the wood of Carbonnières, the wood of the Pond, Planted wood and it wood of Warcy. Wambez comprises a hamlet, the isolated Habits, and three farms: the Thicket with the Wolves, the Burned Farm and Havotière.
