Walthère-Joseph-Charles Dewé (1880-1944) is the largest resistant Belgian, founder and chief of a clandestine network of information during the two world wars (German occupations of 1914-1918 and 1939-1945).

  • In 1914-1918, it founds the network of the White Lady (1916).

  • In 1940, it founds the network of information Clarence.
  • It is killed by the Germans in 1944.
