Walter Serner

Walter Serner (born with Karlovy Vary in Bohemia the January 15th 1889 - 1942) was a German-speaking writer Dadaïste. It designed its proclamation Dernier Relaxation, expresses hobby-horse ( Letzte Lockerung, Manifest hobby-horse ) within the hobby-horse group of Zurich and wrote it with Lugano in the month of March 1918.
