Biography

Walter Samuel begins his career with Rosario in the club from Newell' S Old Boys, then with Boca Juniors, club of Buenos Aires, before being transferred in Europe, initially with the ACE Rome, where it evolves/moves during several seasons at the sides of his compatriot Gabriel Batistuta and of the leader of Italian play Francesco Totti. The Real Madrid recruits it in May 2004 but he pains to be essential. Samuel since July 2005 belongs to the manpower of the Inter Milan.

It gains the championship of the world juniors 1997 disputed in Malaysia in a team also cash in her rows Diego Rodolfo Placente and Juan Roman Riquelme, then is called in national team as from 1999.

It counts 51 selections and registered 4 goals with the team of Argentina. Samuel took share with the world cup 2002, with the Coupe of the Confederations 2005, then with the qualifications for the world cup 2006.
